Traffic logs
Shieldify never shares client traffic logs with third parties. Records of crawler requests checked through our shield are used solely to operate and improve your protection, and are kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email address, website address), records of the checks you run, purchase records handled by our payment provider, and basic technical information needed to keep the service secure and reliable. Payment card details are handled by our payment provider and never stored by us.
How we use it
To deliver the protection you purchased, to run checks on your site, to contact you about your account or installation, and to meet legal obligations.
